General Information
Attire:
Dress casual and comfortable. Name badges will be provided when entering the facility and must be worn while on site.
Meals / Refreshments:
Continental breakfast will be offered in conjunction with registration from 8:00- 9:00 am.
Lunches are will be catered in from local restaurant Vini's.
A special St. Patrick s Day menu will be provided on March 17, 2012.
Special dietary needs? Please let us when completing the "Personal Information" form so accommodations can be provided.
Bottled water, Coke and Diet Coke will be provided with lunch. Other options can be purchased via vending machines on the premises.
An afternoon snack station will also be provided.
Inclement Weather Conditions/ Emergencies
In all the twelve years of hosting the courses, we have not had to cancel a class due to weather. However, should the need arise, we request that the "Personal Contact Information" form be completed when registering for the course. This will provide us an alternative number, such as cell to reach you for course cancellations/ updates that arise after normal working hours when you are out of the office and cannot retrieve email or voice notifications.
The emergency contact information on the form is requested in case of an accident of incident that the necessity to reach someone is warranted.
